Umrah Ziarah Jordan 2010 The Series - Tour around Amman 2

Friends and readers have been urging me to continue my posting related to my umrah journey recently, though it took place about a month ago. Thank you for reading my blog.  As appreciation, here is another posting about our tour to Islamic historical places around Amman, Jordan.


The second historical place we visited in Amman was the masjid and shrine of Prophet Syu'aib s.a.

We had never thought we could be standing here in the masjid of a beloved Prophet of Allah...

Such a great scenery, calm and peaceful.

Wonderful and brilliant architecture of the masjid. It's windy here, giving us the chill up to the bones. We had such an extraordinary feeling!

Prophet Syu'aib was the messenger of Allah to the people of Madyan who lived in Ma'an. These people worship Aikah, an open area of land (or field) that grew trees on it, as their religion. Their source of income were from trading of goods and this was their main economic generator. The Madyan people were mostly at al times cheating when weighing the goods they traded. For example, if they sell one kilogram of wheat, they actually packed and gave less than one kilogram to the buyer. On the other hand, if they buy one kilogram of the same trade from other seller, they would demand the seller give them more than one kilogram. (I hope I explain this part correctly for reader to understand) This act of cheating in weighing is prohibited in Islam. Allah S.W.T. therefore instructed Prophet Syu'aib to go see the people of Madyan and talk to them and explain that their practice was unjust and wrong. Also, to redirect them from worshipping the trees on the land to only Allah S.W.T.


The Madyan people did not welcome Prophet Syu'aib and regarded him as traitor. They started to insult him and his followers and this happened continuously, to the extent Prophet Syu'aib had to move out from Ma'an and seek shelter outside the district. Once when the Prophet and his followers were far away from the district, with the Almighty power of Allah, a huge earthquake befallen the people of Madyan. None of them were spared. All died horribly in the earthquake.

Prophet Syu'aib and his followers travelled until they reached a region named Aikah. There he continued his missionary to these people but again, was badly treated, despised and threatened to death. Because the people of Aikah refuse to accept and learn from the punishment of Madyan, again, Allah S.W.T.  instructed another disaster upon them, this time in the form of unbearable heat that made them wriggle like earth worm under the hot sun. They ran everywhere to seek for shelter, but nothing can help them from being burnt. In the midst of the chaos, a huge black cloud emerged in the sky. Everyone ran and took shelter under the cloud, thinking that they were save then, but suddenly it produced a terribly loud and scary sound of thunder that killed all the people instantly. That's the end of those who did not believe in the messenger of Allah.

Why the Jews were cursed

One of Rasul Allah's wife, Umm Al-Mumineen Safiyyah bint Huyayy  (radi'Allahu anha) was the daughter of one of the Jewish leaders of Madinah. When she had first felt the rays of Islam enter her blessed heart, she accepted Islam, and then related to the Prophet - sal Allahu alayhi wa sallam what she encountered....

It was the day that Anas (radi Allahu anhu) describes as the most radiant day to every come upon al-Madinah, i.e. the day Rasul Allah salAllahu alayhi wa sallam entered it. All the Ansar men, women and children gathered to greet him, cheers of praise to Allah filled the air. Amongst the gathering were 2 men; as much as the Ansar and Muhaajireen revered the Prophet, they despised him. It was the father of Safiyyah (radi Allahu anha) and her uncle. She was only a youngster as she looked into the darkness and gloom that had enveloped their faces when they returned home that day.

Her Jewish uncle asked, "Is it him? Is it the Prophet that our scriptures speak of?"

Huyayy lowered his head and said, "Yes. It is him."

"Then what shall we do?" Safiyyah's uncle continued.

Huyayy looked into his eyes and said, "Till the final day we shall be his bitterest enemies!"



From the very first rakaah of Taraweeh we read the verse in the opening Surah (Al-Fatihah):

"Guide us to the straight path - The path of those upon whom You have bestowed favor, not of those who have evoked (Your) anger!.."

Adiyy ibn Hatim asked Rasul Allah salAllahu alayhi wa sallam,

"who it was that evoked Allah's anger?"

Muhammad said, "It was the Jews"

The Jews were cursed because
1)  They followed only what they wanted to
2)  They changed the words of Allah
3)  They claimed that they are the beloved children of God
4)  They made blaphemous statements
5)  They murdered the prophets sent to them


Allah commands us in the Quran:

"O you who have believed, do not take the Jews and the Christians as allies. They are allies of one another. And whoever is an ally to them among you - then indeed, he is one of them. Indeed Allah does not guide the wrongdoing people." - Maaidah 5/51

Fuck the bloody murderer Israelis!

Israelis are animals

So much of these indescribable pain caused, so many lives taken cruelly, so great a sin committed

Have they lost their mind?

The United Nations Security Council today condemned Israel's bloody commando raid on the Gaza flotilla  which left up to 19 dead and another 30 injured as Israel's special forces marines arriving from boats and helicopters stormed the flotilla of six aid ships and fought with activists.

As bullets flew across the decks and soldiers were beaten with iron bars, the carnage was beamed around the world on television, sparking protests around the globe.

I CONDEMN ISRAEL'S BLOODY COMMANDO RAID ON THE GAZA FLOTILLA.

MAY THE ISRAELIS BURN IN HELL FIRE FOREVER.

When activists set sail for the Gaza Strip on their latest aid operation, their mission was in part designed to draw international attention to the plight of Palestinians living in the area.

The Free Gaza Movement - along with human rights activists and pro-Palestinian groups - has been attempting to land supplies in the region since 2008 to counter the 'increasing stranglehold' of Israel's 'illegal occupation'.

This latest attempt to bring resources to 1.5million people living there was designed to highlight the 'prison-like closure" of the Gaza Strip'.

Tens of thousands marched through Istanbul and attempted to storm the Israeli consulate, chanting:

'Murderous Israel, you will drown in the blood you shed.'
